Chrysos awarded CSIRO Chair’s Medal for science & engineering

Congratulations to the PhotonAssay team which has been awarded the CSIRO Chair’s Medal for Science and Engineering Excellence. RFC Ambrian co-founded Chrysos Corporation in 2016 to commercialise and develop the PhotonAssay technology invented by CSIRO.

RFC Ambrian Executive Chairman Rob Adamson stated “We are thrilled with the success of Chrysos’s leading PhotonAssay solution and this award is well deserved by the team. Chrysos represents an outstanding combination of CSIRO’s excellent science with RFC Ambrian’s deep industry knowledge and commercial nous.”

It has been a privilege to watch Chrysos build market acceptance of PhotonAssay and see this revolutionary technology transform the gold assay industry. While Chrysos adds the Chair’s Medal to its growing list of accomplishments and recognitions, we look forward to seeing the extent of the impact that can be achieved when research and industry work together.
